By accessing or using Ainvideo ("the Service") — including our website at ainvideo.com, browser extension, mobile applications, and all related features — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ainvideo. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
By using Ainvideo, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, write, or upload using Ainvideo ("User Content"). We claim no ownership rights over your writing. By using the Service, you grant Ainvideo a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the writing assistance features.
You agree not to create, upload, or process content that:
Ainvideo reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms, and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders, without prior notice.

Includes basic grammar checks, limited daily rewrites, and standard support. No credit card required.
Monthly Subscription ($4.99/month)
Full access to advanced grammar & style tools, unlimited rewrites, unlimited documents, and priority support. Billed monthly.
Annual Subscription ($3.99/month)
Everything in the Monthly plan, plus custom brand voice, version history, and priority support. Billed annually ($47.88/year).
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. After 7 days, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
We may change our subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect already-paid billing periods. Continued use of a paid subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Ainvideo's AI provides suggestions, rewrites, and corrections to the best of its ability. However, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before publishing or distributing it.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish that was created or assisted by Ainvideo. AI suggestions are tools to enhance your writing — they do not replace your judgment or accountability for the final content.
Users must comply with their institution's or employer's policies regarding the use of AI writing tools. Ainvideo is not responsible for violations of academic integrity or professional standards resulting from AI-assisted content.
The Ainvideo platform — including its design, UI/UX, branding, algorithms, underlying technology, and features — is owned by Ainvideo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our proprietary content without explicit written permission.
As stated in Section 5, you retain ownership of your User Content. Ainvideo's intellectual property rights do not extend to the content you create using the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Ainvideo does not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AINVIDEO AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
In no event shall Ainvideo's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid Ainvideo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ainvideo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@ainvideo.com. Upon deletion, your content and personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and allow you to retrieve your content.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ainvideo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of that provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
